NATURALLY IN NATURE

a simple walk to learn about and recognize wild plants and useful ones. Together we will discover the phytotherapeutic, culinary and traditional uses of local plants and trees and we will conclude with a practical activity directly on site creating ointments, tinctures, oleolites or salts, discovering their contribution to daily well-being. Each participant will take home their own preparation. We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, suitable shoes, a cushion mat or mat to sit on.
