RAFTING ON THE TAGLIAMENTO

The descent starts from the fortification camouflaged in the Tagliamento riverbed called “The Shark”. The guides of the Kayak & Rafting Friuli School will accompany us on the crystalline waters of the Tagliamento in the area between Portis and Pioverno, where we will dive from cyclopean boulders into the riverbed. Surrounded by majestic mountains we will pass the confluence with the Venzonassa and the Pioverno walkway and we will experience the thrill of tackling rapids and small jumps along the river. In the final part there will be alternating calmer and more lively stretches, until we reach the fast current that flows into the emerald lake of Ospedaletto.
